Co-Founder
Josh Wood co-founded All the Good with the conviction that leaders doing good in the world sometimes need help to reach their full potential. His career has centered on coming alongside those leaders, serving, coaching, guiding, and helping them move from vision to reality.
With a Master’s in Humanitarian and Disaster Leadership from Wheaton College and a Bachelor’s in Cross-Cultural Ministry from Messiah University, Josh brings both academic training and real world experience to his work. He has led multi national volunteer efforts, supported nonprofits through seasons of transition, and partnered with churches to launch new initiatives.
Josh thrives on helping people grow, helping organizations scale, managing the chaos leadership brings, and ultimately seeing people win as they do all the good they are called to do.

Mary co-founded All the Good with a passion for bringing order to complexity and helping leaders succeed. She loves details, building lists, and seeing a plan come together. Before ATG, she spent more than seven years directing operations for church ministries while also coaching soccer, experiences that shaped both her leadership and her knack for keeping teams moving forward.
At ATG, Mary provides the structure that keeps projects on track and clients supported. She helps leaders turn vision into actionable steps and ensures nothing important slips through the cracks.
Mary thrives on creating systems that free leaders to focus on their mission and ultimately on seeing people win as they do all the good they are called to do.
Our Story
We started All the Good because we saw a problem. Too many leaders with big visions were left to carry the weight alone. They did not need another coach, consultant, or sideline spectator. They needed good help, the kind that makes things happen.
From the beginning, our goal has been to come alongside purposeful leaders and organizations, not as gurus but as teammates. We believe the best way to serve is to roll up our sleeves, shoulder some of the burden, and help bring clarity, structure, and momentum where it is most needed.
Over the years, we have discovered that leaders do not just want surface solutions, they want partners who will dream with them, challenge them, and stick around long enough to see plans through. That is why ATG exists: to help people move from vision to reality, faster, better, and with more confidence.
At the end of the day, our story is simple: we believe good help should clear the path, calm the chaos, and free leaders to do all the good they are called to do.
