Whole-Org Checkup — A clear look at your programs, people, systems, and outreach. What’s working, what’s not, and the short list of fixes—ranked in the order we’d do them.
Giving Plan — A simple plan to raise more this year: analysis of your projected giving this year, crafting new goals, developing a 6–12 month calendar, establishing an effective donor path. Also includes sample appeals/communications you can use right away.
Story & Communications Kit — Plain-language messaging and a simple plan to share it: what to say, where to say it, and how often. Includes a tight “About” paragraph, a content outline you can use across your organization (email/web/social), and ready-to-use templates (email + social captions).
Strategy Sprint: 90-Day Action Plan — A fast, focused sprint to help you get clear and get going. We work with you to sharpen your mission and message, pick the few priorities that matter, and map a simple plan for the year ahead. Lighter than a full strategic plan, built for momentum, with a thinking partner alongside you.

Operations / Project Management — We run point day to day: take meetings with your staff, coordinate across teams, set goals, manage timelines and vendors, and keep everyone moving toward deadlines—using your tools and cadence.
Fundraising / Development — We build the plan and help you do the work. We forecast this year’s revenue and set growth targets, map the donor path, prepare appeals, design new-donor acquisition strategies, and support grants. We don’t make the ask for you—but we can make your ask easier (and more effective).
Communications / Marketing — We clarify your message and brand, set a content calendar, write the copy, and publish across your channels (email, web, light social, landing pages). Then we watch the results and help you adjust.
Executive Leadership Support — Part thought partner and coach across the organization, part Swiss-army execution. We can help you prep for board meetings, help navigate staff issues, explore business development, and step in where needed—from sounding board to team lead—we keep your priorities moving forward.
